NG-30L氮气发生器是以中空纤维膜组为核心技术，通过对压缩空气进行氮、氧分离产出合格纯度的氮气。膜组采用韩国AIRRANE中空纤维膜组作为空气核心部件主要部件，具有气量大、体积小、寿命长、节能等特点。仪器具有纯度在线检测、压力检测、系统各项参数及安全保护功能。产出的氮气压力纯度稳定无波动，无须维护，自动化水平高，特别适用于用气稳定的工作场合及新建场合。膜组是由上百万根像头发丝一样细的中空纤维缠绕而成。压缩空气由纤维孔中流入，在压力作用下，气体分子在膜壁上吸附、溶解、扩散、脱溶然后逸出到膜外。由于不同的气体完成上述过程的速度不同。而氧、二氧化碳、水蒸气、乙炔等渗透速率高的气体由高压内侧经由纤维壁渗出,被排出膜组，氮气等渗透速率低的慢气被富集在中空纤维膜内，由膜组的另一端送入用户，从而实现了空气中氧、氮分离。广泛应用于工业、制造、轮胎充气，食品饮料以及实验室分析仪器。

The NG-30L nitrogen generator is based on the hollow fiber membrane group as the core technology, and produces nitrogen of qualified purity by separating nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air. The membrane group adopts the Korean AIRRANE hollow fiber membrane group as the main part of the air core component, which has the characteristics of large air volume, small volume, long life and energy saving. The instrument has the functions of online purity detection, pressure detection, system parameters and safety protection. The output nitrogen pressure purity is stable and does not fluctuate, requires no maintenance, and has a high level of automation. It is especially suitable for working places with stable gas consumption and new construction places. The membrane stack is wound by millions of hollow fibers as thin as hair. Compressed air flows in from the fiber holes, and under pressure, gas molecules adsorb, dissolve, diffuse, and desolventize on the membrane wall, and then escape out of the membrane. Because different gases complete the above process at different speeds. Gases with high permeation rates such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and acetylene seep out from the high-pressure inner side through the fiber wall and are discharged from the membrane group. The other end is sent to the user, thus realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Widely used in industry, manufacturing, tire inflation, food and beverage, and laboratory analysis instruments.
